Associated with the dwarven skyscrapers.
At 3rd level, you gain proficiency with tinkers and leatherworkers tools. You can craft a pair of wings over a long rest at the cost of 50GP worth of materials. You also gain proficiency with a special weapon called spurs wielded with your feet (melee 1d4 slashing damage, finesse).
At 3rd level, while wearing your special wings you gain special movement actions that come at the cost of your regular movement speed, and influenced by the armour you wear. You cannot wield any weapons of shields in your hands while you fly, but the wings grant you an addition +1 to AC.
The table below outlines the distance and type of movement you can cover at the cost of 5ft of regular walking speed. You speed may be affected by adverse wind conditions (as if it were difficult terrain), or aided if thermal currents are available.
NB when playing on a hex grid, round down to the nearest 5ft.

At 3rd level, when you take the attack action with your spurs immediately after taking the Controlled Dive movement, your attacks deal an extra 1d4 damage for every 10ft of movement taken during your controlled dive.
When you take the Controlled Dive movement, you can instead choose to take an Uncontrolled Dive, and move further than your safe limit. If you do so, the extra damage dealt with your spurs increases to a d6, and you also take half of the bonus damage. In addition, you must make a Dexterity saving throw, DC equal to the additional movement made past your safe limit. If you fail, you fall prone.
At 7th level you gain mastery over dropping weapons with your spurs. When grounded you are able to use an action to load each spur with either a) a net or bola, or 5 lead pellets that can be launched as if by a sling. The short and long range of both of these weapons increases by 30ft for you. Loading your spurs in such a way in no way inhibits your ability to attack with them as normal.
If you hit with an attack with your lead pellets, they deal an additional 1d4 damage for every 5f above the target you are.
