The Forum, located on Ephoss in the the city also called Forum, is the institution mediating inter-governmental diplomacy, treaties, and law. While all the nations of the moons are sovereign, Forum imposes at least a little structure on the to-and-fro of influence peddling, and keeps disputes from getting so out of hand that they threaten the monoliths and awaken the ire of the Titans.

The Forum seats a single dignitary or ambassador from each Rami’s peoples, and is chaired by one of these representatives on a rotational basis. The current ambassadors are:

Luthienyue Indue’derith (deceased) | Araphien was generally regarded as a model politician, and negotiated several reparation treaties with the Human Cities that had suffered the ill effects of previous Elvish administrations. When his eldest son, Rythan, instigated a battle at the City Bellegrem, Araphien was forced to stand down from his post and retire in disgrace. He is replaced by Luthienyue, who takes a far more defensive position on High Elf interests in a period of heightened antagonism towards the Empire. Avatar of Tripfidron

Logon Vet (elect absentia) | Human. Prophet. Human. Following the upheaval on Kallipae and Tembrimidra, The Avatar of Tripfidron, supported by The Ordnings, deposed Kalt as the representative of humanity in Forum. Kalt was widely seen as loyal to the Empire of Light, and in support of war to defeat the Spitting Cobra insurgency. However, The Avatar soon announced that through their prayers, humanity (past present and future) had elected a new ambassador: the exile Logon Vet. | | Seyara | Erill Udurdur | Tuan-Ti. Following the battle of Tembrimidra, the Spitting Cobras launched a wider campaign to overthrow Governments across cities on Kallipae loyal to the Empire of Light. Following that, the Seyara sought to establish itself as the leader of Humanity and nominated Erill Udurdur as ambassador for all Human Cities. However, The Avatar of Tripfidron, supported by The Ordnings, recognised Seyara as representing an entirely new nation, with no authority to represent Humanity generally. | | The Warrens | Diptois Sherrymaker (absent) | Hoppit. Cardinal Eramis Zarat | The Cult of Knopsis, as outsiders to family of Rami, typically only have observer status in Forum except when issues directly involve their sovereignty or matters in which the Secretary has extended the right. Cardinal Ancellyes was assassinated by cultists in an explosion. He was succeeded by appointment by the High Judge Cardinal by Eramis Zarat. Cult Initiate Cilia sits as Eramis’ secretary, and observer in the Forum when Eramis is absent. |
